They call all hours of the night or day. My wife told them that her husband pays the bills and they got smart with her and said "Well he's not doing a very good job of it." So she hung up! They have been known to call at 10:00pm or after.

Bottom-feeding debt collectors, they troll the phone books and call people with the same or similar names as debtors and then harrass them. I am debt-free, and have told them repeatedly they have the wrong person, but they keep calling anyway.

The caller asked questions that would violate the terms of privacy under Third Party Disclosure. The caller did not identify themselves, and asked private information such as the physical address, current place of employment and phone number. I was able to do a reverse phone number look-up to determine who the company was.
